Custom Apparel:
Stone Fox Bride provides custom designed and tailored wearing apparel ("Custom Clothing"), and other products and services. Each item of Custom Clothing is designed and manufactured by a third party. Because each item of Custom Clothing is unique and manufactured and tailored for each customer, the actual item selected by and delivered to the customer may vary from the sample observed by the customer.

Payment and Refund Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the purchase price of Custom Clothing is required at the time of order. The balance of the purchase price is due on date of delivery of the order, if delivery is at the premises of Stone Fox Bride, or on the date of shipment of the order to the customer, as applicable, or at the time of cancellation of the order by customer if cancellation is not due to the fault of Stone Fox Bride, whichever occurs first. Payment in full for all Merchandise is due at time of purchase. Payments by cash, credit card, check or money order are accepted.

Return policy:
We are happy to exchange any full-price, non-customized, undamaged merchandise within ten days of purchase. We do not accept returns on any customized items. Thank you for understanding. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not mean our return policy requirements.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON CANCELLED ORDERS OF CUSTOM CLOTHING, UNLESS THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO THE FAULT OF STONE FOX BRIDE.

Delivery dates of Custom Clothing cannot be guaranteed. Since each item of Custom Clothing is a special order to be manufactured by a third party, and other delays may occur beyond the control of Stone Fox Bride, ample time for the delivery of Custom Clothing should be allowed by the customer. Stone Fox Bride will provide estimated delivery dates. Rush orders at the request of the customer will incur an additional charge.

Taxes and duties:
Residents of California will pay state tax on their purchase which is 8.75 percent. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase which is 8.875 perfect. International orders are processed via USPS Express Mail International. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Stone Fox Bride is not responsible for payment of this duty.
