Let's Go Bananas

Making banana bread from scratch is basically like baking for dummies. All you have to do is mix up a bunch of mush in a bowl.

Wanna get your Martha Stewart on this weekend while recovering from postpartum Fashion Week FOMO? Grab 3-4 bananas, mash them up with one and a half cups of spelt flour, a quarter cup coconut oil, big glug maple syrup, one egg and a dash of salt + baking soda. Bake at 350 for fifty minutes. For spreadable goodness galore, smash up some room temperature butter with a drizzle of raw honey and a handful of chamomile flowers. Now slice, shmear, serve. Yum.
