It's Not Easy Being Green

A Verdant Bowl Of Leafy Summer Vibrance Designed To Boost Your Mood

It's Not Easy Being Green
"Green is the color of the fourth heart chakra," says Chef Deena, who worked with us to create this delish hippie dish. "It reflects a vibration of love, integrity and compassion." To make your own version of this good vibes culinary kaleidoscopic grab a huge bowl, fill with a base of brown rice, then load it up with soba noodles, fennel, avocado, haricot verts, parsley, kabocha squash, asparagus, sunflower + pistachio seeds, radishes, cukes and more. Whiz up some green goddess dressing in a blender with dill, chives, parsley, fennel fronds, garlic, avocado, olive oil, sesame seeds, lemon zest and miso paste.
Top with a squeeze of lemon and Maldon salt. Now eat, pray, love, repeat.
